  • It is necessary to appoint a contact person from the management who can coordinate and conduct meetings with the consultant.

  • The consultant will submit a management consulting proposal to the client within one week after the free initial meeting.
  • Upon the client's approval of the proposal and the signing of the contract, cooperation between the company and the consultant regarding management consulting will commence.
